Laser Cutting Overview
Laser cutting of stainless steel and nitinol tubing is one of the latest offerings from Northeast Laser & Electropolish. Our fiber laser cutting systems are capable of both two- and four-axis cutting on tubing ranging from 0.010 to 0.50 in diameter. Features can be added to discrete parts, or components can be cut to length from raw tubing stock (provided by NLE or customer), with accuracy and repeatability of ±0.001. Laser cutting can be performed with either UHP argon or oxygen assist gas, and with or without continuous water flow through the tube's inner diameter.

Our laser cutting capabilities, when added to our welding, electropolishing and marking expertise, means that many of your tubular assemblies and sub-assemblies can be made complete at Northeast Laser; saving you both time and expense.
